On average, projects will be sent for your review within 24-48 hours. However, this depends on the scale and complexity of your request. Heavy lift projects (such as research reports, long-form eBooks, or book interiors) may take between 2-3 weeks.

All subscription tiers give your team a limited number of Burst Mode credits per month, which unlock expedited turnaround on a per-project basis. When a project is tagged as Burst Mode, we will work to get it back for your review within 12-24 hours.

Once you subscribe, getting started is easy with a 3-step process.

1. Setup Request Portal: You (and any team members you choose) will be given access to your team’s dedicated request board. On day 1, you’ll be able to start requesting projects.
2. Upload Your Brand Kit: Attach your brand kit (logos, brand guidelines, etc.) into your first request and we’ll review and reference this on future projects.
3. First Chat: Your Account Manager will find a time to meet you and establish the best time for weekly office hours. We are available for Office Hours from 9am – 12pm (Eastern US) and 9am – 4pm (Perth / Singapore).

Wevia is led by Nate Susman, a Creative Director and Graphic Designer hailing from North Carolina, US. He’s lived and worked in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia since 2023. Your projects will be fielded by a team of four (Nate plus two designers and a project manager).

No, each subscription level comes with unlimited requests. As long as the subscription is active, we will work on your requests in order of priority.

Briefing projects is made quick and easy with our dedicated client portal, set up exclusively for you and/or your team. Each project follows this 4-step process:

1. Planning: You describe your project and provide supporting documents or content. If needed, we can schedule a live kick-off call to review the brief together.
2. In Progress: Our team works on the project or initiative. A project will disappear for a short time while going through Q&A and internal creative reviews.
3. Client Review: You review with our streamlined commenting system, adding your feedback directly on the artwork. We amend the designs until you approve.
4. Approved! You download the final files, and we upload them into your Google Drive or Dropbox account.

Yes! Because larger projects are best served with a higher level of planning and oversight, we include a Discover / Planning step for complex projects. Examples of these larger initiatives include large website redesigns, multi-channel creative campaigns, and corporate rebranding projects.

Our team creates designs in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects), Microsoft 365 (Powerpoint, Word), Google Office Apps (Docs and Slides), Blender 3D, and Canva.

No problem! Each tier comes with unlimited revisions, so use the commenting tool to give us feedback. We’ll revise the design until you feel 100% satisfied with our work.

We don’t handle video editing, complex PDF form designs, web development, complex motion graphics animation, or 3D animation projects.

We’d love to scope a small project so you can test the Wevia Subscription experience. However, Wevia is a design service purpose-built for marketing teams with a steady flow of projects. If you anticipate a small or inconsistent number of projects in the future, you may find better value with other services.
