Great Slide Makeover Promotion Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern applications for the Great Slide Makeover promotion operated by Wevia Sdn Bhd (1540445T), of 15-10 at Binjai 8 SOHO, 2 Lorong Binjai, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“Wevia”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By submitting an application, you confirm that you are authorised to apply on behalf of your company and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Promotion
The Great Slide Makeover is a promotional initiative through which Wevia will select up to five (5) eligible businesses to receive a custom PowerPoint Master Template at no charge.
This is a merit-based selection and is not a lottery, prize draw or game of chance.
There is no application fee, purchase requirement or obligation to purchase any Wevia product or service.
2. Promotion Period
Applications close at 11:59 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on 15 November 2026.
We may extend, shorten, suspend, cancel or modify the promotion where reasonably necessary. Any material changes will be communicated through the promotion webpage or directly to affected applicants where appropriate.
3. Eligibility
To qualify, an applicant must:
- be a legally registered business in Australia or Singapore;
- have an established internal marketing function with at least one (1) full-time marketing staff;
- have an established brand identity with approved visual assets, brand guidelines or an equivalent documented brand system;
- have an existing PowerPoint template that Wevia considers suitable for meaningful improvement, or not currently have a suitable PowerPoint template; and
- be able to provide the brand assets and information reasonably required to complete the project.
Businesses that do not currently have an established brand identity or sufficient brand guidelines are not eligible for the free PowerPoint template project. Wevia may separately offer such businesses an estimate for creative services. There is no obligation to accept that estimate.
4. Selection
Wevia will select up to five (5) businesses based on factors including:
- size and structure of the applicant’s marketing team;
- maturity and suitability of the applicant’s existing brand identity;
- quality and effectiveness of its current PowerPoint template, if any;
- the extent to which Wevia believes a new template could provide a meaningful improvement;
- availability and suitability of existing brand assets;
- suitability of the project for the Great Slide Makeover initiative; and
- Wevia’s available resources and capabilities.
Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection.
Selection is made at Wevia’s discretion based on the above factors and our professional assessment of each application.
We are not required to provide individual scoring, rankings, detailed reasons for selection or reasons an application was unsuccessful.
5. Number of Selected Businesses
We intend to select up to five (5) businesses.
We may select fewer than five (5) businesses if we do not receive enough eligible or suitable applications.
6. Notification and Acceptance
Selected applicants will be contacted using the contact details provided in their application.
A selected applicant must confirm acceptance and provide the requested project materials within five (5) calendar days of our acceptance notification unless Wevia agrees otherwise in writing.
If the selected applicant does not respond or provide the required materials within that period, Wevia may withdraw the offer and may offer the place to another applicant.
Selection under this promotion remains subject to acceptance of Wevia’s separate Great Slide Makeover Project Terms.
7. Information Submitted by Applicants
Applicants must provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.
Applicants should not submit confidential, commercially sensitive, legally privileged or personal information that is not necessary for the application.
Uploaded materials should be limited to information reasonably necessary for Wevia to assess eligibility and suitability for the promotion.
We may reject an application where information appears false, incomplete, misleading, inappropriate or inconsistent with these Terms.
8. Rights in Application Materials
Applicants retain ownership of materials submitted with their application.
By submitting materials, the applicant grants Wevia a limited, non-exclusive right to review, reproduce and internally share those materials to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- assess the application;
- administer the promotion; and
- if selected, prepare for the proposed project.
This permission does not give Wevia the right to publicly publish an applicant’s materials merely because an application was submitted.
9. Applicant Warranties
By applying, the applicant confirms that:
- the person submitting the application is authorised to do so on behalf of the company;
- the information provided is materially accurate;
- the applicant has the right to provide any logos, designs, fonts, images, documents or other materials submitted to Wevia;
- Wevia’s review of those materials for the purposes of this promotion will not knowingly infringe the rights of another person; and
- the application does not contain material that is unlawful or that the applicant is prohibited from sharing with Wevia.
10. Personal Information
We may collect information including the applicant’s name, business email address, job title, company, website, country, company size, marketing team size and information or files submitted through the application.
This information may be stored and processed using Wevia’s service providers, including HubSpot.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice available at:
https://wevia.co/privacy-policy
Applicants should review that Privacy Notice before submitting an application.
Consent to receive promotional or marketing communications from Wevia will be requested separately from acceptance of these Terms. Applying for the Great Slide Makeover does not by itself require an applicant to subscribe to Wevia’s marketing communications.
11. No Guarantee of Selection
Submission of an application does not create a client relationship, project commitment or obligation on Wevia to provide services.
No applicant acquires a right to the free template unless:
- Wevia confirms the applicant has been selected;
- the selected applicant accepts the Great Slide Makeover Project Terms; and
- the applicant complies with the onboarding requirements stated in those terms.
12. No Cash or Alternative Benefit
The free PowerPoint Master Template cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another service or another Wevia product.
The offer cannot be sold or transferred to another company without Wevia’s written approval.
13. Promotion Changes and Cancellation
Before a project has been formally accepted under the Great Slide Makeover Project Terms, Wevia may reasonably modify, suspend, extend or cancel the promotion, including where:
- insufficient suitable applications are received;
- technical problems interfere with the application process;
- fraud, misuse or manipulation of the promotion is suspected;
- circumstances outside Wevia’s reasonable control affect the promotion; or
- continuing the promotion would create legal, operational or reputational concerns.
Where reasonably practicable, Wevia will communicate material changes to affected applicants.
14. No Obligation to Purchase
Selected and unsuccessful applicants are under no obligation to purchase any service from Wevia.
Wevia may separately offer applicants additional services, including branding, presentation design, ongoing design support or other creative services. Any such service will be optional and subject to a separate agreement or quotation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wevia is not responsible for losses arising solely from:
- an unsuccessful application;
- an applicant’s reliance on being selected before receiving written confirmation;
- technical interruption of the application form;
- an applicant providing incorrect contact information; or
- the cancellation or modification of the promotion in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Subject to any rights or laws that cannot legally be excluded, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia in relation to disputes arising from the promotion.
